When connecting devices using my Wi-Fi Homeplug, I am asked to enter a PIN code. What can I do?
Sitecom Homeplugs do not use a PIN code. If you receive this message, we recommend that you click on Connect using a security key instead.
A screen will then appear in which the password (the WPA2 code) can be entered.
This password (the WPA2 code) can be found on the underside of the Homeplug (the sticker on the underside of the product) and also on the Info Flyer supplied.
Only Windows devices will occasionally ask for a PIN code. Apple and Android devices will never require a PIN code.
